My heart is saddened to hear the passing of this sweet man!!! Troy and his bride were a true testament of commitment to each other and portraying the hands and feet of Jesus Christ to all they met!!! I have many many memories of singing with Troy's at the Rainbow Singing as well as the Sat night visits to the nursing home to sing. I will also never forget the time i sat at the piano in there living room and played my first song for them. I was so nervous but he was so proud of me.. I will always cherish the memories i have of him and his bride!!! And am so blessed that they had a impact on my years of growing up in Mtn View.. My prayers and sympathies to the family!!!

We sincerely extend our sympathy to your family. We just loved Troy and Earlvie. We loved their music and we loved going to singings with them, which we had done for many years off and on until we moved to AR and were able to join them on a more regular basis. Just a few years back, we realized that Troy and my Step-father, Garland Martin, were related. (I noticed how much they looked alike :-) They talked awhile and discovered they were related from several generations back. Wonderful people that will be greatly missed by family, friends, & the music community.
