Doris P. Hatcher, 91 of Paris, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2016 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on June 6, 1924 in Poteau, Oklahoma to her parents Pink Marion and Ida Rose (Gabbard) Russell. She was retired from the Pants Factory in Paris and enjoyed sewing, quilting, cooking and family gatherings.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Pink Marion and Ida Rose (Gabbard) Russell; five sisters, Wanda Melton, Helen Smith, Florene Young, Ann Alston and Dessie Appleton and three brothers, Joe Russell, I.D. Russell and J.B. Russell.

She is survived by her three sons, Gary Hatcher of Cederville, Arkansas, Darryl Hatcher of Arlington, Texas and Fred Hatcher of Paris, Arkansas; one sister, Sally Barber of Paris, Arkansas; two brothers, P.M. ''Boots'' Russell of Midland, Texas and Jerry Russell of Charleston, Arkansas; seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., on Monday, January 25, 2016 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. Bill VanMeter. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Paris under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Cory Hatcher, Kirk Hatcher, Shawn Hatcher, Jesse Hatcher, Brandon Bradley and Noah Bradley.

I was so sorry to hear of Doris' passing. worked with doris at pants factory. she was such a sweet lady. she will be missed. praying for her family.rejoice that she is singing with the angels.
