Deborah Ann ''Debbie'' Koon, 53, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away, Monday, December 21, 2015. She was born May 4, 1962 in Ponce, Puerto Rico to Jessie Fowler and Carmen Rodriguez. She was a retired event planner and of the Catholic faith. She loved to bake, garden and decorating. She loved being around her family especially her grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her parents and an infant granddaughter, Addison Spikes.
Debbie is survived by her significant other Floyd Jump; daughter Jennifer Spikes; sons Madison Spikes (Misty); Jessie Mitchell (Ashley); Corey Hern all of Little Rock; seven grandchildren Joseph Villarreal, Bruno Villarreal III, Breana Villarreal, Alexis Mitchell, Cayliegh Mitchell, Bryce Mitchell, Brooklynn Spikes; and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 26, 2015 at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 Interstate 30, Little Rock, Arkansas 72209 (501) 4555-5800.
Family will receive friends from 12:30-2 p.m., prior to service at the funeral home.
Memorials in addition to flowers may be made to Watershed, 3701 Springer Blvd., Little Rock, Arkansas 72206 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105-1942.
