Harold Eugene Stovall born on January 16, 1940, died on Wednesday, November 25, 2015. Harold was a resident of Scranton, Arkansas at the time of his passing. He was the son of Ernest and Lucy Lee (Denton) Stovall.
He worked at various different places some to include W/W Steel and the Oklahoma City Zoo both in Oklahoma City. He was also a truck driver at various locations and he worked at River Valley Animal Foods before his retirement. Harold loved spending time with his kids, grandkids and Laverne Stovall, the love of his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Lucy Lee (Denton) Stovall; one son, Clark Alan Stovall; one daughter, Sherry Stovall and one sister Freta Geels.
Survivors include his daughters, Myra Bauer and husband Jason of Jacksonville, Arkansas, Crystal Jane Eichelberger of Clarksville, Arkansas and Shelly Emanuel of Scranton, Arkansas; one son Brent Douglas Stovall of Scranton, Arkansas; one brother, Bennie Stovall and wife Mildred of Bentonville, Arkansas; two sisters, Sharon King and Loretta Rogers both of Scranton, Arkansas; twelve grandchildren, Matthew Stovall, James Emanuel, John Emanuel, Cherokee Williams, Justus Williams, Joanna Williams, Arailya Eichelberger, Juliana Eichelberger, Cody Vaughn, Gabe Bauer, Drew Bauer and Olivia Stovall and two great-grandchildren, Raven Stovall and Ian Fimple.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris with burial to follow in Wares Chapel Cemetery in Scranton under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Justus Williams, Chris Rogers, Charles King, Cody Vaughn, John Post and Matthew Stovall.
We liked Harold from the time we met him, and always enjoyed his company feeling like he was our family too. May God comfort you all and His peace reign in your hearts at this sad time, and know that others care and will remember him as well.
