Patricia Stephens Milligan, 72, of Batesville died Tuesday, November 24, 2015, in Little Rock. Born October 13, 1943, in Newark, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Edgar and Geraldine Scribner Stephens.

She was a 1961 graduate of Newark High School and attended Arkansas College, where she was the ''Bonnie Lassie'' of the freshman class. Her first job after college was working at the Gibson's Store on lower Main Street in Batesville. She then spent the majority of her business career working for Dr. Lackey Moody Sr., the Citizens Bank, and her family owned businesses. Pat enjoyed cooking, gardening, boating and going to the family cabin in Mountain View. She also enjoyed spending time with her son, Keith and her granddaughter, Brooks Anne. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Batesville.

Survivors include her son, Keith Milligan of Corinth, Mississippi; a granddaughter, Brooks Anne Milligan of Corinth, Mississippi; a brother, Danny Stephens and wife, Dorene, of Batesville; and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by Larry and Glenda Milligan and Diane Barber Sherrill, who provided important care in her latter years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Shirley Norris.

A funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, November 28, 2015, at Roller-Crouch Chapel in Batesville with Kelly Robbins officiating.

Pallbearers will be Nathan Stephens, Dennis Stephens, Mickey Stephens, Darren Stevens, Robert Barber and Dwayne Bishop.

Burial will be in Blue Springs Cemetery at Newark under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Batesville.

Keith,Brooks , Larry and Family I am so sorry for your Loss, You are in my prayers , she is at peace now , she was always so cheerful , a funny story , Her being Family she was about 16 or so I was 3 or 4 one Saturday afternoon she came home with us ,Larry was going to pick her up for a date ,from our home. the Twist was a Popular Dance then, she tried very hard to teach me the move , but I think she gave up , she just sat down and waited on her ride

Keith, I am sorry for your loss. I have so many fond memories of Trish. I loved her dearly. Not sure if you knew it or not, but you were having to share your parents with me there for a while! Trish is in a place of peace and wonder now... never again to experience pain, sadness or suffering. Love you all!
