Just thinking about you. Wanted to wish you a Heavenly Happy Valentines Day. You are truly missed. :'-(
RIP Irish darling~
May the blessing of the rain be on you, the soft sweet rain. May it fall upon your spirit so that all the little flowers may spring up and shed their sweetness on the air. May the blessings of the great rains be on you, may they beat upon your spirit and wash it fair and clean, and leave there many a shining pool where the blue of the Heaven shines or maybe a star or two.
With love and prayers.
We've known John through the years through our daughter (RIP) Chrissy Foley. John attended the funeral service for Chrissy this past June 19th, 2015. He gave a very inspiring and heart felt message from his heart. We will never forget John and the way he gave of himself to us at our time of great sorrow.
God Bless your soul John, and Bless your family as you have blessed ours. My understanding is that we will see you again in Heaven. Please say hi to Chrissy and give her our love, John.
I know you are happy now with no more pain. You will always be my baby boy. I love & Miss you!

Jon was a amazing man he was full of life if you was down he come cheer you up by talking to jon was a great friend to me he will be missed so much love you buddy thanks for being a friend
A very good man. Met him at el Reno. I had a lot of respect for him and considered him a friend. To the family sorry for your loss
We didn't see each other and spend time together, other than a few weeks over 16 years ago, however, those few weeks were fun and carefree. You touched many lives during your short stay on this Earth, in spite of the struggles that you have had. I have witnessed you making difficult decisions and putting other people before your self, specifically, our daughter.
I am glad God's timing worked and you two were able to get a glimpse into each other's lives a few short months ago.
Rest in Peace,
Kim
Jon was such a wonderful,l kind soul that I will miss for a very long time! I will never forget the first time I met him!!! we were standing in front of a map trying our hardest to decipher a public bus route - with no luck! the harder we tried, the harder we laughed at the "stupid map".... ever since that moment, I knew he would be special to me, I just didn't know how very much! since that day, he has been my rock as a friend beyond any way anyone but him could understand. I never realized how blessed I was to have him in my life until his passing... JON, I MISS YOU MY DEAR DEAR FRIEND- TIL WE MEET AGAIN- I WILL LOVE YOU.
Jon, I'm so glad I had a chance to know you and help you in your time of need. You truly were an amazing and rare person. Loyal to those you cared about, worked hard and loved deep. There are many who miss you so much, you lit up a room when you walked in. It still seems like a bad dream, hard to believe you are gone. May you forever be at peace,
From Me, Adam, Colton & TAP NWA

Jon Starkey was a remarkable person. I will never forget the first time we met. We Had a pool tournament at boondocks in Hot Springs. Had such a good time with him and Heather shooting pool we closed one bar down and went across the street to another sl we could shoot some more. Dick couldn't understand Jon's last name so he just calls him sharky. Still hard to believe he is gone. He will be deeply missed!!

Glenda and Gary so sorry to read about the death of your son. May peace be with you.
My heart truly goes out to the family of Jon Starkey. I was in such disbelief to hear that he had passed. Jon met us during a transition in his life and he was an amazing man, friend and fisherman. He will truly be missed and he most definitely will be remembered. Fish on my dear friend. We love and miss you.
Gonna miss you big guy, great friend and person,
You will be greatly missed. Until we meet again my friend.
I will always love and miss you my little brother. Until we meet again. I'll look up to the stars and keep you and your family in my prayers.
I will forever love you baby. GGMY
Well brother I am definitely saddened by your passing but at the same time thankful and blessed that we crossed each others paths. I can credit you for my drive and passion of duck and goose hunting. I know you thought you were a good bass fisherman but well I can't say that considering that you were a GREAT bass fisherman, and you have created one in your image named Hunter. Who will more than likely be way better at fishing than you were lol. I love you like a brother. You always gave real advice whether it would make mad or not but also you took my advice in the same manner. You always knew how to make everyone laugh and you always had everyone's back. Well now you still have all of our backs you just have a better view now. Love you brother. Fly high my dear friend.
Our prayers are with you and your families. May God wrap his arms around you to comfort you and give you strength.
Prayers to all the loved ones and friends of Jon. Starkey we'll love you forever, thank you for being such an amazing friend aka brother!! You are truly one of a kind!! Tell we see you again....love u!!!
