Kelly David Burns, 51 of Delaware, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 in New Blaine. He was born on November 18, 1963 in Ponchatoula, Louisiana to his parents William Oscar Burns Jr. and Bonnie Jean (Bickford) Burns.
He is survived by his mother, Bonnie Jean (Bickford) Burns of Ponchatoula, Louisiana; two sisters, Peggy Cosby of Hammond, Louisiana and Blanche Burns from Ponchatoula, Louisiana; three brothers, Danny Edward Burns of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, John William Burns of Ponchatoula, Louisiana and Dale Andrew Burns of Ponchatoula, Louisiana and his girlfriend, Shelly Cummings of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.
There will be a memorial service held in Ponchatoula, Louisiana at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.

To Kelly's family,
I don't know if you will receive this message or not, but I just found out about Kelly's death today. Two of my 3 sons ended up working with Kelly during their high school years. My oldest especially was around Kelly almost daily. I never saw Kelly any other way but smiling and happy. Both of the boys enjoyed being around Kelly and I know he was a positive influence on them. I'm very sorry for your loss. I have prayed for your family and for Kelly today. Sincerely,
