We would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the Ezell family on your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
I will dearly miss you my friend.
To the Ezell Family, my heartfelt condolences. Stan was a fantastic guy! He was my friend, confidant, and Brother-in-Arms. We met in 1981 at Fort Rucker, Alabama as two enthusiastic, confident, and “bullet proof” young Army Officers, about to take on the challenge of learning how to fly helicopters. Stan mastered that machine with ease, going on to serve his country with distinction for the next 10 years! Our paths would cross more than once during the next few decades, but commitments and distance made it more difficult as we aged. Thank goodness, however, for the telephone - he loved to use it! Stan, I will miss your familiar telephone greeting: “Hellooooo Freddy” – it echoes in my mind even as I write this. Stan, I hurt. I hurt because I was not there when you needed me the most. You were loved by my entire family; we will miss you. Rest in Peace my friend.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends.
