Georgia Elaine Cranfill, age 70 of St. Joe, Arkansas passed from this life on Thursday, October 1st, 2015 at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She was born in St. Joe, Arkansas on November 15th, 1944 to George Opal Arthur and Opal Vera (Henley) Arthur.

Elaine attended the St. Joe Baptist Church. She was an avid bible reader and loved to do bible studies. Elaine enjoyed quilting and loved being outdoors.

She is preceded in death by her parents; two children, Vera Jo and Peter Brian; and one grandchild, Christopher.

Survivors include three sons, Curtis (Mona) Elliott of Pyatt, Farrell Elliott of St. Joe and Mike Watts, also of St. Joe; five grandsons, T.C., Isaac, Michael, Jorden and Cody; one granddaughter, Alissa; five great grandchildren; three sisters, Frances (Duane) Knapp of St. Joe, Olive (Kenneth) Cash of Clarksville and Marilynn Ledbetter of West Fork; one brother, Walter (Jerrie) Arthur of St. Joe; and many other family and friends who will also mourn her passing.

Funeral services for Elaine will be 2:00 PM Sunday, October 4th, 2015 at Roller-Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Doug Grinder officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 till 8:00 PM Saturday, October 3rd, 2015 in the Chapel. Burial will be in Osborne Cemetery near St. Joe, Arkansas. Pallbearers will be James Elliott, Ronnie Knapp, Doug Knapp, Terry Knapp, Craig Cash and Steve Cash. Honorary pallbearers will be Shiloh Arthur and Elaine's former classmates.

She was so very special to me, and help me so much when I was her sub as a mail carrier, we had a lot of good times together when she was here in Gassville, God be with you all.
