JoAnn Wooten, 70 of Paris, Arkansas passed away on Monday, September 28, 2015 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was born on November 12, 1944 in Paris to her parents, Buford and Flossie Ming. JoAnn was a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Buford and Flossie Ming; her husband James Ardeth Wooten; one sister, Sylvia Warden and one brother, Bob Ming.
She is survived by her two daughters, Roxy Slagle of Paris and Tatia Irwin of Russellville; one son, Race Crowell of Dardanelle; one sister, Linda Schluterman of Fort Smith; one brother, Jim Ming of Arizona; her first husband, Art Crowell of Dardanelle; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., on Friday, October 2, 2015 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.

We wanted all of you to know how very sad we were to hear of your mother's passing. She was such a delight! We have wonderful memories of her warmth and hospitality towards all of us when we visited your family home in our younger years.
