Mr. James Harold Evans, 64, of Hartman, passed away Sunday, July 12, 2015, in Hartman. He was born January 4, 1951, in Coal Hill, AR to Ewell and Christina (Sisk) Evans. James was a country boy and enjoyed gardening, fishing, and playing guitar. He could fix anything and was always there when anyone needed help. Mr. Evans is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Gene Evans. He is survived by his daughters, Christy Beeman of Ozone, Angela and Brian Hicks of Dardanelle; sisters, Barbara Skolarski of Ozark, Mae Skolarski of Ozark and Paula Clauson of Denning; brother, Winford Evans of Clarksville; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews aunts and uncles; many friends. A memorial service will be held at 2:00p.m., Tuesday, July 21, 2015 with Bro. Charlie Boone officiating.
