I am very sorry to hear of the loss of Mr. Walters. I image he was an amazing man. I won't pretend to know what you're going through, but what has helped me deal with the loss of those I love is turning to the Scriptures, something that has been a real source of comfort. One Scripture that gives me hope is Isaiah 26:19, which says, "Your dead will live... Awake and shout joyfully, you residents in the dust! For your dew is as the dew of the morning, and the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." I hope that this verse will also comfort you, and I hope you and your family can get through this difficult time. Please accept my condolences for the loss of your beloved husband, father, grandpa and friend. Sincerely, Meryl

We all loved Brother Danny. I remember growing up at #1 52nd place and how you would rarely see Bishop A O Holmes without seeing Brother Danny, right there with him. Brother Danny drove Bishop and Sis A O Holmes to many revivals in that big motorhome. He was so faithful that it was taken for granted that he would be with them. Quite a legacy of service to the ministry and the Church. In more recent years I remember being quite pleased when the Lord blessed him with a new red truck. I teased him, "Brother Danny, I thought you were poor in your old age and here you are driving a new truck!". He said God blessed him.

Our prayers are with the family during this time.

Danny was a unique individual. He loved to have a great time. He was the driver for many a bus trip. and picked up people for church. He wanted everyone to be happy, and had a way of irritating someone until they smiled, weather it be turning the lights out, or coming up and scaring them. He spent untold hours in support of First Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ North Little Rock, AR and the Ministry. He also served as a Chaplin for North Little Rock Police Department. was involved in Jail ministry, and faithful to be at early morning prayer. He also loved air shows, and would often be one of the first to arrive and last to leave. However if going to the ER he tried to be the last to arrive and first to leave. I always called him the most impatient patient when at the hospital. Thanks for being transportation, and allowing me to work with you, and being a good friend to me. Danny you will be missed.
Rest In Peace.
