My mom (Faye Cowden) thought so much of (as she called him) Stubbs. He was so genuine and a good Christian. I know he and mom are having a conversation about Con-Agra and the good old days. My heart goes out to all the family, but Heaven has gained a wonderful angel...

We are saddened to learn of J.L's passing. He was a kind, caring person. We pray for your family.
Royce and family,
I am so sorry to learn of Loren's passing. He was a Godly man, and I thought a lot of him. I still have a leather bracelet with my initials on it that he tooled at VBS when I was a kid. I think he and my dad are probably up in heaven planting a garden or sitting on a creek bank. I know he will be greatly missed by all that knew him.
Such a void you will leave in the lives of so many people. You have been the mainstay in the lives of your children, grandchildren and so many others. Your loving wife Royce will be so lost without you. You are the rock in your family. Thanks so much for letting me and my husband Sammy in your lives. Try to teach him how to play the guitar when you see him, he just had all thumbs for the instrument that was so beloved for his mom and uncles. You two take care of each other and be guardian angels for those you left behind. Love you Loren and all your beautiful family. Thoughts and prayers are with all the family.
You leave behind such a legacy, not only just a wonderful family you and Royce made but what a blessing it was to have you in our lives! You always seen the good in life and your faith in God never ceased! Your stories will be so missed, along with your guitar picking and wood whittling.. I will never forget how you told us how you met Grandma and and asked her for change and those four quarters changed your life! You will be greatly missed and you are so loved!
See you again
With Love,
Rodney, Maisie, Bryson, Madison, & Natalie
