March 15, 1926 - May 18, 2015

Lila Faye Rinke, 89, formerly of Coal Hill, died Monday, May 18, 2015, at Greenhurst Nursing Center
in Charleston. She was born March 15, 1926, in Coal Hill to Newt and Rebecca Wright Lowe and lived in Tulsa, OK, and Kansas City, MO., before returning to enjoy retirement in Coal Hill where she and her husband, Ted, built a home on the land where she was born. They were married in May of 1945 and enjoyed 43 years together before his death in 1988. She provided in-home child care for many years and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the Christian Mothers Society and former member of Coal Hill E.H. Club. Survivors include her daughters, Barbara Becker of Ozark and Becky Kopecky and husband Chuck of Kansas City, MO; her grandson, Christopher Becker and wife Margaret of Mt. Vernon, WA; her sisters, Edith Eveld of Altus and Elizabeth Moore of Coal Hill; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by five siblings, Lucille Risse, Aries Lowe, Tommy Lowe, Nora Lowe and Helen Rinke, and her son-in-law, Wayne Becker. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Altus, with Father Hugh Assenmacher officiating. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery, under direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home in Clarksville. Pallbearers will be Chuck Kopecky, Donald, Joey and Gary Wayne Eveld, Raymond Becker and Bob Chance. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family for lunch in Lawrence Hall following the service. Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Church, 5118 St. Mary's Lane, Altus, AR 72821.

I'm sorry I just found out about Great Aunt Fayes' passing. She was always nice to our family, R.I.P. Aunt Faye.

I was so sorry to hear of Faye's death. She was always so sweet and I have fond memories of Butch and I visiting with her in Coal Hill. I am praying for comfort for your family.
