Bronnie Cooper Funk, 93, of Jonesboro, passed away Monday, May 4, 2015 at Jonesboro Health and Rehab. She was born April 16, 1922 in Tyronza to the late Millard and Claudia Price Prestidge. Mrs. Funk was retired from General Electric. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Hervey Cooper; her second husband, Carl Funk; five brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include her sons, Millard (Reba) Cooper of Jonesboro and Terry (Kathy) Cooper of Broken Arrow, OK; five grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 5-8 pm Thursday at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Avenue in Jonesboro.
Graveside services will be 1 pm Friday at Macedonia Cemetery with Eudell Stroud officiating.
Lasting memorials can be made to the Forest Home Church of the Nazarene Building Fund of Jonesboro.

My prayers and thoughts go out to the family. Aunt Bronnie was a beautiful woman and I have alot of great memories of her. Wish I could be there for the service, but it just not possible. Know that I will be thinking of you all.

Sending heartfelt sympathy to Bronnie's family. Our mom Malana Mackey sat at the dining table with Bronnie's & we always visited with her. My sister had many laughs with her & we always enjoyed the ladies at their table. Prayers for your family. RIP Bronnie.
