Lew was a very smart guy. He was an expert at mosquito identification. He was an asset to the Arkansas Department of Health and I appreciate his years of service.

So sorry to hear of Lew passing and although, we know that he is with Jesus, I know that there is a hole for the family until you will be reunited. He was a gentle man, always looking after Jeanette with love and kindness. Praying for God loving arms to surround you during this time. Jennifer Key

Lewis was a great guy. Billy lived down the street from him and I had Geometry with him. I would never have passed Mr. Coston's Geometry class without Lew's help. Praying for peace, comfort and wonderful memories for his family.

I worked with Lew since 1991 and always thought he was such a gentleman. He always had a good sense of humor especially around Christmas parties like "Dirty Santa" and potlucks where he always brought his famous "Road kill Casserole" I'll never forget the first pregnancy I had he gave me a piggy bank and said to always save for the baby ! He was obviously such a wise man. I haven't seen him since he retired but will always remember him fondly. Prayers are with the family.

Thank you for being the man that you were. No words could ever express how much I am thankful for every single day. I know you are in such a greater and glorious place right now, but you will be and are missed by me so much at this very moment. Rest in peace knowing that Mom continues to make progress on her recovery in great strides and will be well taken care of, until her time to be at your side arrives. I love you and miss you already.
