So sorry to hear about Billy's passing away.
Billy's grandfather, Jack, was a first cousin to my grandmother, Manerva Jane (Ritchie) Rogers.
When I was in school and lived near Billy and his family East of Sugar Grove (at County Line on Blue Mountain Lake), we rode the same schoolbus to Booneville school.
One time when the creeks were up (before they built bridges across them) Billy carried me & his sisters, Paulette & Sue on his back across the rolling waters of the creek. Sure would like to hear from Paulette & Sue. God Bless. SJH
