Fred Watts, age 71 of Marshall, Arkansas departed this life on Monday, March 23, 2015 at Baptist Health in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was born at his home in Harriet, Arkansas on February 01, 1944, the 9th of 10 children born to Oscar and Cordia (Henry) Watts.
Fred was a charter member of the Morning Star Baptist Church and loved the Lord Jesus Christ. He attended Big Flat High School and graduated in 1962. Upon graduating, he worked with his brother hanging drywall, and then went to work for Farm Bureau at Marshall and Salem. After retiring from Farm Bureau, Fred worked for Regional Drywall until 2009. The last six years of his life were lived to the fullest, doing what he loved; spending time with family and friends; working outside in his garden; playing golf and working in his shop.
Fred is preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Cordia; five brothers, B.G., Garland, Blaine, Dwight and Wesley; and two sisters, Eula and Ruth.
Survivors include his lovely wife of 51 years, Molinda (Treadwell) Watts; one son, Patrick Dwain Watts and wife Amanda of Russellville; one daughter, Jennifer Neal and husband Dennis of Swifton; seven grandchildren, Kennedy Neal, Jonathon Watts, Shianne Neal, Emberlee Duvall, Abby Duvall, Annabelle Watts and Amare Neal; one brother, James Watts and wife Louise of Harrison; one sister, Daley Ragland and husband Doyle of Welcome Home; and many more family and friends who will also mourn his passing.
Funeral services for Fred will be 2:00 PM Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Roller-Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. James Horton officiating. Special Music will be performed by Whitney Sutterfield. Visitation will be 6:00 till 8:00 PM Wednesday, March 25, 2015 in the Chapel. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery in Marshall.
Pallbearers will be Dusty Clark, Brandt Reed, Dillon Carr, Bill Ragland, Tony DeSalvo and Brent Clark.

uncle Fred will be miss he will live In my heart and all that he met we will see him aging and this time will be forever always keep his memories god saw him tried and there was no cure for him and he said come with me as we watch a hard working hand layed to rest and a gold heart quit beating we cryed and cryed
We were so shocked to here of Fred,s passing our thoughts and prayers are with you and the entire family. Fred was a good man that had lots of friends and took care of family first. I have lots of good memories with all of you on our summer trips to Arkansas. Fred will be missed by many and loved forever.

We were so sorry of the loss of Fred. I had worked with him on my ins both here at Marshall and Salem. We always had to talk about people we knew at both towns. Our prayers are with all of you!
