Daniel ''Jake'' Peebles, age 26, of Harrison, passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2015, in Harrison. The son of Carol S. and Stephen A. Peebles, he was born September 21, 1988, in Liberal, Kansas. He was preceded in death by his brother, Zach Peebles.
Jake loved all kinds of music and was passionate about life. He was fun loving, kind, considerate and courteous. He enjoyed creating games, loved to make home movies, writing, running and martial arts. He felt his greatest accomplishments were winning his MMA fights and being a father.
Jake is survived by his son Keagen Anderson Peebles; his parents, Carol S. and Steve A. Peebles of Harrison; his birth father, Willie Max Phelps, of Liberal, Kansas; and his brother, Greg Peebles, of Harrison.
Memorial services was Wednesday, March 4, 2015, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Worden officiating.
Visitation was Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment was private.
