Dear Kate and Bryce,

It was my distinct pleasure to meet both of you and Ms. Rena last summer while caring for my own mother, Pat . She was a lovely woman and a dear friend to my mother for many years and she will be deeply missed, by all who knew her.

Please accept my heartfelt sympathies. My heart goes out to the family. God, himself assures us he is very near to those broken at heart and crushed in spirit (Psalms 34:18). Death is something we will never get use to. The Bible even refers to death as an enemy and not a friend (1 Corinthians 15:26). He wants us to be happy and promises to undo all the pain death causes us by removing it so that we can again have the opportunity to enjoy the company of our loved ones again for countless generations to come. Again, I’m so sorry to hear about Rena.

Dear Kate and Bryce, My deepest sympathy. My thoughts are with you at this time. A loved ones passing is never easy. Allow yourself time to heal and allow the love of others to lift you in this time of grief. Tears heal the soul. I know her soul is at rest with the lord. I am sending you thoughts and prayers of peace you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your hearts. Love, Uncle Earl
