Eddie Max Alexander, 87, of Little Rock went to be with the Master Carpenter, Sunday, February 15, 2015. He retired after more than 30 years with Rector Phillips Morse where he was a carpenter/cabinet builder. Mr. Alexander was born October 15, 1927 in Mt. Holly, Arkansas to the late Max and Cora Alexander. He was also preceded in death by six sisters and three brothers; also one granddaughter.
He is survived by wife of 67 years Anna Lee; daughters, Janice Bright (Robert); Juanita Parker (Rusty); son, Rick Alexander (Kathy); nine grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; brother, Johnie Alexander; sister, Inez House and other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Thursday, February 19, 2015 at New Hope Nazarene, 5519 Atwood Road with Reverend George Yarberry officiating. Burial will follow at DeLamar Cemetery, Manning, Arkansas.
Family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 18 at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 Interstate 30, Little Rock, Arkansas 72209 (501) 455-5800.

It was an honor to have known you and that precious wife of yours. You two sat on pew in front of Jim and I in church. We dated and married 15 weeks after we met and prayed our love would be like the love we seen in you two . Faithful to God and each other . See you in heaven !

I consider it a privilege to have met Mr. Alexander. The stories that I have heard from his wonderful family, I know he was an honorable, loveable, and strong person his entire life with us. My love and prayers to the entire family during this time.

Uncle Eddie was such a great person. I have always thought he was such a handsome man. What a beautiful couple he and my aunt Anna Lee were. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Love to all.
