Even though we haven't seen each other in a couple of years, the time would have melted away and we could resume a conversation started a long time ago just like it was yesterday. We were travelling buddies and had lots of long talks and lots of laughs. We even took the boys on a trip to D.C. when they were young on one of our trips for the VFW Auxiliary. Lots of memories! I loved her and I will miss her!
Prayers are with you for peace. She is in a better place.
