It is with great sadness that I learn of Tom's passing. I had the privilege of working with Tom throughout his many years at the Firestone Tube Plant. It was always a joy to visit with him. The river valley is a better place because Tom was here.

How I met Tom - we walked at Marvin Vinson center, when we would met I would always speak to him, no idea who he was - he would say good morning ladies to me and my group and keep on going. He was one of the first to welcome me at West Park, I did not recognize him because he did not have his cap on. He was a wonderful person. God Bess

We thought the world of Bro. Tom, he was the sweetest man of God and we loved to hear him sing. What a joyous time there is in heaven for those who were waiting to meet him.

Always considered Tom a friend for over sixty years. One of the best men I have ever known. Will pray for the family that they are at peace and comforted during this difficult time.
