James Robert ''Bobby'' Cox, age 72 of Harrison, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2015, in Branson, Missouri.

Bobby was the son of Lewis G. and Mamie Cox was born July 28th 1942 in Independence, Missouri. Bobby was preceded in death by his wife Kathy Cox, sister, Stella Clopp, brothers, Abe Cox, Norman Cox, and Joe Cox.

Bobby loved working at Boone County Services with his wife Kathy and they attended First Assembly of God Church in Harrison. Bobby loved to walk, camping, fishing and participating in church activities. Bobby is known by his nieces and nephews as ''Uncle Dad.''

Bobby is survived by sisters, Effie McCullen, Edna Roby and brothers, Richard Cox, Russell Cox and Larry Cox.

Graveside services will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 24, 2015 at York Cemetery, with Walter Cox officiating.

Pallbearers are: Michael Gordon, Walter Cox, Dustin Cox, Aaron Cox, Russell Cox, Mark Cox. Honorary Pallbearers will be Keith Pierce and his co-workers at Boone County Special Services.
