Winnie Lou McDonald, 76, of Conway passed away January 11, 2015. She was born March 21, 1938 in Franklin, Arkansas to the late Walter Gleghorn and Vesta Hill GLeghorn.
Winnie was a longtime member of Grace United Methodist Church in Conway.
She retired from the University of Central Arkansas after many years of service.
She was deeply devoted to her family and cherished every moment she spent with them. Winnie was a great wife, mother, and homemaker, and also a great friend to many people.
Winnie was preceded in death by one son; Steve McDonald, and two brothers: Johnny Gleghorn, and Devon Gleghorn.
She is survived by her husband of over 59 years; Harold McDonald, and one son; Jack McDonald, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway with Rev. Mark McDonald officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. Interment will follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Conway.
Serving as Pallbearers will be Rodney Burrow, Anthony Gleghorn, Brent Gleghorn, Dean Gleghorn, Scott Henley, and Jerry Wells.
