Ms. Carol Ada Lewis Williams, 73, of Benton passed away January 3, 2015. She was born February 22, 1941 in Jersey City, New Jersey to the late George Dewey and Bertha Rose (Albrecht) Lewis.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Raymond Joseph Smith.
She was clerical clerk for Oakit Company in New York City, a member of First Lutheran Church in Benton, Past President of VFWLA #2256, Past President of MORA PT 13, three times Past Noble Grand of Faith Rebeka #59, Past Grand of Saline #174, Benton, a member of Women of The Moose, Benton.
Survivors include her sister, Margaret B. Smith of Benton; nephew, Dr. George Smith and wife, Jennifer of LaFayette, LA; niece, Carolann Urban of Ewa Beach, HI; great-niece, Candra Urban and great-nephew, Christopher Urban, and many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at First Lutheran Church in Benton with Pastor James Burns officiating. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander. Serving as pallbearers will be George Smith, Mark Hughes, Jeff Baldwin, Kelly Harvil and Carroll Bono.
A service by Rebekah Assembly of Arkansas will be held at 6:00 P.M. with
visitation to follow until 8:00 P.M., on Monday, January 5, 2014 at Roller-Ballard Funeral Home in Benton.
