Harold Edward Scott, 65, of Paris, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, November 23, 2014 in Paris. He was born on June 25, 1949 in Short Mountain Township to his parents Robert B. and Lela (Rathburn) Scott. He was an oil field mechanic for Ingersoll Rand and a United States Army Veteran. He attended Light of the World Tabernacle in Chismville.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert B. and Lela (Rathburn) Scott; three brothers, Henry Scott, Jessie Scott and Eugene Scott and one sister, Mary Weymouth.

He is survived by his wife of 26½ years, Angelia (Robinson) Scott; two daughters, Leah Marie Scott of Charleston and Brandy Nichole Scott of Paris; one son, Vincent Scott of Booneville; five grandchildren; three brothers, Billy Ray Scott of Altus, Jack Scott of Fort Smith and Floyd Scott of Van Buren; three sisters, Lilly McGuire of Paris, Judy McGuire of Paris and Betty Inman of Paris; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will hold a Memorial Service at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, November 29, 2014, at Light of the World Tabernacle, 2053 North HWY 217, Charleston, AR. Cremation is under the direction of Roller Funeral Home-Paris.
