Don and Janice & family:

I'm sorry to hear of your father's passing. I always enjoyed talking with Herman when he would drop in the PD from time to time to see you. And yes, he did have a good joke to share every now and then. He was a good man and I'm sure he left behind quite a legacy.
My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

Sheila, Haskill and family
You have my deepest sympathy for the lose of your Dad. I enjoyed getting to know him at Bobs Grill. He was an interesting man, could tell a good story, and had a dry sense of humor usually followed with a slight smile. God be with you all during this time.

I was saddened to hear of Herman's passing. He was a wonderful man and good friend. For years he kept my lawn mowers in working condition.

I will be praying for the family at this departure, but anticipating also that certain reunion when we will join him in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.

In Christ's love,
Ed Eason

Haskell:

So sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. Our prayers are with you all at this sad time. I happened to go down to Bob's Grill one day in the 1970's for lunch. That's when I met him.

He was a lot of fun & a pleasure to visit with. You felt like you knew him all your life, he never met a stranger.

To the family of Herman Huffines, I'm so sorry for your loss. Mr. Herman was a wonderful dad for Sheila and Haskell, and a wonderful grandparent for his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. It's with saddness that we say goodbye but I can only imagine how happy he is to join his Lord Jesus , his beautiful wife Elizabeth, and his grandson. His life was truly one to be celebrated.
