Gary Dewayne Branscum, 50, of Mountain View entered into rest September 12, 2014, surrounded by his family. He was born May 1, 1964 to Hershel and Mary (Smith) Branscum at Woodland, California.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy (Martin) Branscum of the home, two sons; Gary Branscum, Jr. and wife Kadie, and Kyle Branscum, two brothers; Randel Branscum and wife Brenda, and David Branscum and wife Shanna, two sisters; Lisa Steele and husband Billy, and Shandle Hacker and husband David, three grandchildren; Lexi, Skylar, and Makinley, nieces and nephews; Trey Branscum, Layne Howard, Kayla Steele, Cody Steele, Tailer Lowery, Amara Hacker, Alea Sefton, Brittany Thomas, Courtney Summers, Kelvin Thomas, Jr., Destiny Thomas, Cole Griffin, Kendyl Griffin, and Kelli Martin, and a host of relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hershel and Mary (Smith) Branscum, and two nephews, Brandon Branscum and Terence Branscum.
The funeral service will be held at 10 am Monday, September 15, 2014 at Faith Tabernacle with Brother Daniel Stephens and Brother Joseph Blake officiating. Interment will be in Branscum Cemetery, Culp Community, near Calico Rock.
Pallbearers are Steve Gill, Larry Sutton, Johnny McIntire, Rod Smith, David Rose, and Jim Richardson. Honorary pallbearers are the Mountain View School District Employees and the Stone County Sheriff's Department.
Roller Coffman Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Gary was an amazing man and it's with a very heavy heart that we lay him to rest. Our thoughts and prayers are with every family member. Rest in peace dear friend.
