I first met Mrs. Hopper back in the 60's when she and her husband and Rex lived down the street from us in Luxora. Her house was like a hangout for several of us older kids and she always made us feel welcome. Rex and I became good friends over the years and Mrs. Hopper always made sure her door was open to us all and for some she was like a 2nd mother. She will be missed by family and friends and my deepest sympathy to Rex and the rest of her family and many friends.
