Cathy Stapleton, a resident of Conway AR for many years, lost her six month battle with cancer Thursday August 1, 2014. She was born in Memphis, TN to Gus and Cathryn Berry on November 4, 1951. She grew up in Little Rock, AR, and graduated from Hall High school. After having two children, Cathy permanently relocated to Conway, AR.
She was preceded in death by her wonderful husband of 21 years, Rick Stapleton of Conway.
She is survived by her sister, Becky Dawson, of Fort Smith, her two children, Lyle Joseph Cogbill and Cathryn Casey Cogbill-Russell, and five grandchildren, Stephen Wilson, Chloe McMurry, Grace McMurry, Bella McMurry and Brody Cogbill. A wonderful Mother and Gran, we will miss you dearly....we didn't have nearly enough time with you on this earth but know you are in the arms of your angel now.

You are and will be missed for a very long time. I enjoyed knowing and working with you. We became very good friends, even in our sickness we were there for each other. JOE and CASEY and GRANDS, she loved you dearly Know she is with her lifes-love and they are both watching from above.

Casey and Joe, I am so sad your wonderful mom is no longer here physically- but we know where she is until you meet again! I am praying for strength and comfort as only God can give.
