Gail Kemp Vaughan, 72, of Mountain View, Arkansas passed away on July 27, 2014 at her home. Gail was born on January 15, 1942 to the late Clyde and Opal (Norman) Newcomb in Fifty Six, Arkansas. Gail was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy in Mountain View, and a personnel director at Stone County Medical Center for 32 years.
Gail is survived by her husband, James Vaughan of the home; one son, Kenny Kemp of Mountain View, Arkansas; two daughters, Sandy Watson and husband Brad of Houston, Texas, and Vickie Snyder and husband Steve of Mountain Home, Arkansas; eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Gail was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Opal (Norman) Newcomb; husband, Dean Kemp; one sister, Juanita Elms, and one brother, Jerry Newcomb.
A visitation will take place on Monday, July 28, 2014 at Roller Crouch Chapel in Mountain View, Arkansas from 6-8PM. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, July 29, 2014, 10:00AM, at Church of God of Prophecy in Mountain View, Arkansas with Rev. Dewayne Maynard, Roger Cunningham, Josh Passmore, Eddie Passmore, and Ches Passmore III officiating. Interment will be at Case Cemetery in Mountain View, Arkansas.
Pallbearers are Randy Elms, David Elms, Keith Elms, Brian Elms, Allen Newcomb, and Tim Clark.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Gail was such a sweet and kind lady and will be missed by everyone that had the blessing of knowing her. I pray that God will wrap his loving, comforting arms around all of you.
