Our mother and daddy were sweethearts all through high school she wore his letter jacket proudly and never had one date with anyone else. She was foremost a strong Christian lady and set the bar very high for all of us. She was a lifetime Southern Baptist who lived her faith. Most of her career was in sales at Pfeifer's Department Store. During the war years, she proudly worked in the Jacksonville Ordinance Plant.
Our mother was loved and greatly respected by her family and those who took such gentle care of her during her final year of life Lakewood Rehabilitation and Nursing Home, Dr. Nkechi P. Ugwuh- Moss, and the wonderful nursing staff in Unit 1A, North Little Rock Baptist Health.

Aunt Robbie was a very special person to me, she was always kind and generous. I have only fond memories of her and the time I spent with her and Uncle Dennis. She was a quiet, gentle, spirit. I know she is enjoying seeing all her loved ones that went before her.
I read about your mom's passing and wanted to send by love. Mothers are such special people in our lives and from reading the obituary I can see yours truly was. May God bless you as you reflect on special memories. Love, Louise
Although I did not know your mother reading her obituary brought a smile....my mother, Vada Killion, also worked at the Ordinance Plant in Jacksonville during the war years and she retired from Dillard's having worked at Pfeifer's all during my childhood and college years. She died in Dec. 2012 five weeks shy of her 99th birthday. They were strong, capable women. My sympathies to the Mills family.
Aunt Robbie and Grandpa were always fun to visit with. Lots of fun memories when were kids and visited Arkansas.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
Love,
Trisha Hansen Cutler
(R.L.'s grandaughter)
What a wonderful lady and life to treasure. In your sadness, I know you'll find comfort in the strong family ties and memories of your mom, grandmom, aunt, and friend.
Bettye, I will be with you in spirit, and keep you and your loved ones in my prayers. Love in Christ, Jan
I was sorry to hear of the passing of Robbie, a beautiful lady with a beautiful family. Love and prayers.
It was my great pleasure to be with Mrs. Mills several times. She was a gracious lady with a sweet spirit. The love and respect of her family is a reflection of the love and guidance she gave them. May The Lord fill your hearts with grace and comfort. Love and prayers. Kay Hicks
