Philip Ray Lively, age 59, of Gassville, Arkansas passed away Thursday, July 3, 2014, at his residence. He was born May 11, 1955 in Wichita, Kansas to David and Jorene (Trimble) Lively. He was a veteran of the United States Army.
Mr. Lively is survived by a son: Philip Lively and wife Amber of Irving, Texas, a daughter: Nicole Lively of Irving, Texas, his mother: Jorene Lively of Gassville, Arkansas, a sister: Ivy Cox of Maynardville, Tennessee, a brother: Michael Lively of Harrison, Arkansas and a grandchild: Lucy Lively. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother.
Memorial services will be private.
Arrangements are by Roller Funeral Home.

I have known Phil for 40 yrs.He stayed with his brother Bob and I at FT.Leonard Wood.He was like a brother to me.My daughter and grandchildren looked to him as a father and grandfather figure for many years. We willl truly miss him. Too young to be gone so soon. Thoughts and prayers with all. Love you Phil.
