Sherri Holland, 42, of Quitman, passed away Saturday June 21, 2014. She was born November 14, 1971 in Conway, AR.
Sherri was a member of the Church Of Christ at Cedar Hill. She obtained a degree in Early Childhood Development from Petit Jean Vo-Tech. Sherri was employed at Quitman Elementary School as a Pre School Teacher.
Sherri is survived by her husband of 23 years, Lonnie Holland, father, Jerry Hodge, mother, Sandra (Casey) Hodge, daughters, Madeline Rose Holland, Lily Colleen Holland, Lucy Belle Holland, sisters, Sonya and Michael Brady of Enola, Suzanne and Chad Brewer of Mt. Vernon, father in law, Doss Holland, sisters in law, Kim Holland, Connie and Denny Edwards, Mary and Ray McCrary all of Quitman, and 12 nieces and nephews and 7 great-nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 23, 2014 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Greenbrier (501) 679-2575, with Bro. David Goff officiating. Burial will follow at Brown Cemetery in Enola. Serving as pallbearers will be Hunter Martin, Hadley Martin, Mason Wright, Tyler Niko, Jason Higgs, and Gordon Eichelberger. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
I was very saddened to hear of Sherri's passing. Sherri was a pleasant student when she was in my class. She grew up to be a beautiful young lady.

Sherri was the sweetest person I knew growing up, I went to school with her from the 1st grade on until graduation and never seen her without a smile.
I'm am sure she has touched many lives and will be missed by all who knew her. God bless you Sherri.
We met Sherri when we began renting from Mr. And Mrs. Holland 8 years ago. From the time we met her, we loved her. She has always met us with a smile and a hug. She will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Holland family. We love you.

So many wonderful memories come to mind when I speak of Sherri! She was such a true, kind hearted, caring person that never wanted any confrontations (until it came to the ball court). She and I had some good times and some good talks. I know that you all will cherish each and every memory you have ! May you find peace in knowing she was as true then as she is today! At a very young age, Sherri captured me and Alton's hearts during her first softball years at Enola. She was such a sweet and caring person then and has never failed to always keep that warming smile and the most tender hugs. She will be missed!
