Martha Jane Bearden, 54, of Guy, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, March 7, 2014. She was born in Brinkley, Arkansas, on Wednesday, October 28, 1959 to John O. Young Sr., and the late Mattie Lee (Burnett) Young.
Jane was owner-operator of J&B Kiddieland in Conway, early on, later she was a manager for Texaco Corp and then a manager for Doublebee's Conoco in Greenbrier and Quitman, Arkansas. At the time of passing she was a store manager for Caldwell Milling at Rosebud.
She is survived by her husband of thirty-five years, David Bearden of Guy; her father, John O. Young Sr., of Rosebud; son, Michael Bearden and daughter, Phoenix Bearden both of Guy; three grandchildren, Ryan, Paige and Jordan Bearden; two sisters, Linda Londagin (Jerrald) of Colcord, Oklahoma and Judy Loosier (Robert) of Carolton, Texas; brother, John O. Young Jr., (Candice) of Rosebud; father and mother- in-law, Darrell and Bessie Bearden of Guy; brother- in-law, Ricky Bearden of Guy; and many other family and friends.
Jane is preceded in death by her mother, Mattie Young and numerous other family members.
Funeral services are set for 2:00p.m., Monday, March 10, 2014 Rosebud Assembly of God Church with Bro. Jim Farris and Doug McClure officiating. Burial will follow in Rosebud Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 ~ 7:00p.m., Sunday, at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Greenbrier.

David, Bessie and Darrell, and family, so sorry to hear about Jane. She was always so full of life and always proud of the people she was training/working with at her management jobs. She loved her family and most especially loved the Lord. Prayers are with you in this time of sorrow.

I went to high school with Jane and then reconnected when she started working at the feed store. I had just recently had a good visit with her and she was very happy. She will be missed. Heaven received an angel.
Jane was a very special lady not just to me but i think to everyone she met!! she had a heart of gold. i know she is heaven singing with the lord but earth is alot lonelier without her on it!!

I was saddened to hear about Jane. My heart goes out to all of the family. I worked with and for Jane at Doublebees for over 7 years. She was not just my boss but my friend as well. I pray that God will comfort each and every member of her family.God bless all of you.

To all of Jane's families, friends, co-workers, we are so sorry for this loss in your lives. Went to church together at TFT, visited with her when I would go in Double B' s, always friendly and smiling. May God be the best comforter during this time of loss, precious memories to hold on to.
