Joyce Marie Phillips Jones, 60, passed away Saturday, February 22, 2014 in Jackson, Tennessee with her daughters by her side.
Joyce was born October 4, 1953 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Richard and Inez Phillips. She was a long time resident of Marianna, Arkansas but currently resided in Tennessee with her daughter.
Joyce left behind three daughters, Jennifer Klosinski and husband Jerry of Navarre, Florida; Sybil Clemons and Husband George of Cabot, Arkansas; and Nikki Miles of Scotts Hill, Tennessee. Joyce had six grandchildren, Korie Klosinski, Jonathan Clemons, Jay Klosinski, Bailey Amos, Madalynn Amos and Zoey Miles. She left behind one brother, David Phillips and wife Betty of Marianna, Arkansas, two nephews, Anthony and Aron Phillips and their spouses, and one great nephew AJ Phillips-Little. She was also survived by one uncle and two aunts and several dear friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Inez Phillips, one brother, William Richard Phillips Jr. and two daughters Karla and Kourtney Key.
Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in Marianna are assisting with funeral arrangements. Her graveside service will be held Saturday, March 08, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at Marianna Memorial Park. Following the services the family has scheduled a celebration of life fish fry in her memory, at Cap'n Jacks on County Farm Hill in Marianna, Arkansas.

Joyce, we've been friends since late 70's. Very close at one time, then distance came between us both, as we continued to live our lives.
