Otis James Sutton, 76 of Paris, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2014 in Paris. He was born on March 19, 1937 in Roosevelt, Texas to his parents Ottis D. and Altie Leona (Skelton) Sutton. He worked as a pipe fitter foreman for Brown and Root Construction Company for several years and was a Southern Baptist.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ottis D. and Altie Leona Sutton; four brothers, Lewis, Dennis,Johnny and Lonnie Sutton; three sisters, Lizzie Eisenhower, Daisy Woods and Mae Schulberg; one son, Richard Earl Sutton; one daughter, Patricia Ann Sutton and three grandchildren, Amanda Sutton, J.R. Sutton and Jessie Sutton.

He is survived by his wife Rebecca Sutton of Paris; two daughters, Debora Kay McDaniel of Jacksonville, Texas and Jennifer Leigh Sutton of Paris, Arkansas; three sons, Jimmy Ray Sutton of Pasadena, Texas, Johnny Robert Sutton of Houston, Texas and Raymond Lewis Sutton of Ingram, Texas; two sisters, Angie Roe of Ingram, Texas and Myrtle Collins of Santa Fe, Texas; one brother, Loyed Sutton of Summerville, Texas; one sister-in-law, Sandra Conard of Ratcliff, Arkansas; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.
