Demolee ''Dee'' Hardin of Mountain View, went to rest with the Lord Friday, January 31st, 2014. Dee was born July 1st, 1941 in Leslie Arkansas to William Dwight and Verlie Gibbs Duncan.
Dee's last job before retirement was as a home care provider which she loved. Her final days were made easier by the kind home care providers from North Arkansas Hospice.
Dee professed her faith in Jesus Christ at an early age. She was a kind soul and loving wife, mother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt and mother-in-law. She loved to garden, raise beautiful flowers and care for her many pets. She loved to work with wood and made many beautiful pieces of furniture for her home. Her talents were too many to list.
Dee is survived by her husband Larry D. Hardin of the home; one daughter Brenda and husband Curt Decker of Mountain View; one brother Waymon of Florida; Sisters-in-law along with many nieces and nephews.
Dee was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Leland, James, Bill and Eugene; sister-in-law, Merlene Duncan.
Funeral services are February 4th at Roller Crouch Funeral Home with Brother Luther Branscum and Brother Junior Avey officiating. Burial was in the Historic Cemetery of Mountain View.
Pallbearers were Ryan Engle, John Branscum, Kenny Green, Kevin Green, Joe Beaudin and Jeremy Beaudin.

Larry, Brenda and Curt , Our thoughts are with you and your family during these difficult times. Dee was a very friendly person. I worked with Dee at Nu-Way Foods in the deli department. She was very helpful and trained me well when I started working there. I am thankful I got to work with Dee. We will be keeping you all in our prayers

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of a good friend that I have known for a long time. I worked with her starting out at the shirt factory 43 yr ago. I am thankful I got to have known her as a friend. I will pray for her loved ones and friends for comfort.
