Richard Anthony Rosso, age 49, of Harrison, passed away Sunday, January 26, 2014, in Harrison. He was born June 5, 1964, in Upland, California, the son of Enrico and Kathrin Minnie (Blevins) Rosso. Along with his parents, Richard was preceded in death by a son, Richard Anthony Rosso, Jr. and his father-in-law, Manuel Chubb Carrillo.

Richard had lived in Apple Valley, California. He married Rhonda Carrillo October 1, 1994, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He worked for Tyson Foods.
 
Richard loved camping, fishing, and watching NASCAR . He was also into racing cars as a hobby. He found much enjoyment in watching the Disney Channel with his grandchildren; from time to time you could catch him watching the Disney Channel by himself. He always enjoyed tussling with his grandchildren. He loved his family dearly.

Richard is survived by his wife, Rhonda Rosso, of the home; his son, Mitchel Welsh-Rosso; his daughters, Tiffany Rosso, Trisha Rosso, Ashley Gomez and Candice Thomas; his grandchildren, Reannen, Jordin, Brooke, Jaydin, Jasmin, Noah, Jada, Michael, Raylene, Natalie and Adrian; and a host of friends.



Visitation was Friday, January 31, 2014, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home.

Funeral service was Saturday, February 1, 2014, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home, with Pastor Fred Goodall.

Interment was in Maple Leaf Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Terry Johnson, James Thomas, Patrick Carpenter, David Harley, Mitchel Welsh-Rosso and Tom Corrillo.

Honorary pallbearers were Manny Gomez and Casey Jones.
