Mrs. Kirkland gave the BEST hugs. When I would go to St. Andrews to see my mother, I would always look for her in the hallway. She would see me and flash that big smile and give me the sweetest hug. I had planned to get to see her at Greenbrier, but never made it. One Christmas I made some stockings for some of my favorite friends there, when I gave one to Mrs. Doris, she was so tickled and couldn't believe that I was actually giving it to her. That made my day.
May God give your family comfort in knowing that she touched so many lives and showed love to others.
I will see you in Heaven, Mrs. Doris. Love you, Sweetie.
Loved Ms Doris. Her and Bro Zane was so precious to our family. Love and prayers in Christ.
May the fond memories you have bring you comfort as well as the hope of a future resurrection promised at Acts 24:15.
