Audie Murphy Owensby, 43, of Marianna, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2014. He was born August 21, 1970 to Clarence Owensby and Betty Cook Owensby.
He is survived by his parents, of Marianna, Arkansas; two sisters, Lucy Claeys (Harry) and Clara Owensby, all of Marianna, Arkansas; two brothers, Jody Owensby (Belinda) of Oxford, Arkansas; and Casey (Michelle) of Marianna, Arkansas; one Aunt, Janie Cardwell, of Marianna, Arkansas; Nephews, Joshua, Jody II, Matthew, Justin, Casey II, Bubba Glen Cantrell, Trey Owensby, Preston Hooker; Nieces, Jessica Cantrell, Tracy Middleton, Britney Craig, Tiffany Owensby, Danielle Hooker, Ashley Craig, Kenzlee Son, Jamie Hooker, and Skyler Hooker.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather; Vartumn Cook, grandmother; Ethel Driver, grandparents, Joe and Lucy Owensby, four uncles, Robert Owensby, William Owensby, Earl Owensby, and James Owensby, one aunt; Kattie Morgan, and one brother in law, Glenn Cantrell.
Services for Audie Owensby will be held 2:00 P.M., Monday, January 20, 2014 at Roller- Citizens Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Sunday, January 19, 2014 from 5:00 9:00 P.M. at Roller Citizens. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery at Moro, Arkansas. Bro. Rodger Hooker and Bro. Charles McKendree will officiate
