Dorothy McCutcheon, age 83, of Harrison, passed away Friday, November 8, 2013, at Hospice House in Harrison. She was born December 27, 1929, in Snowball, Arkansas, the daughter of John and Emer (Barnes) Drewry. Along with her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh McCutcheon, her grandson, Craig McCutcheon, three brothers and four sisters.
Dorothy was of the Presbyterian faith and attended Searcy County Presbyterian Church. She was the owner of Dot's Restaurant in Harrison.
Dorothy is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Bob and Pat McCutcheon, of Valley Springs, Arkansas; her granddaughters and their spouses, Becky and Bobby Howard and Lorie and Billy Morrison, all of Harrison; and her great-grandchildren, Lacey Howard and Clint Howard, both of Conway, Arkansas, Brooklyn Hessenflow and her husband Zach of Harrison and Derek Morrison of Harrison.
Dorothy is also survived by her brother, Jack Drewry, of Valley Springs; several nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
Visitation was Sunday, November 10, 2013, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home.
Funeral service was Monday, November 11, 2013, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home, with Bro. Tim Cooper officiating.
Interment was in Maplewood Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Bobby Howard, Clint Howard, Billy Morrison, Derek Morrison, Charles Fanning and Troy Thompson.
