God's Garden
God looked around His garden and found an empty place.
He then looked down upon the earth and saw your tired face.
He put His arms around you and lifted you to rest.
God's garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best.
He knew you were suffering, He knew you were in pain.
He knew that you would never get well on earth again.
He saw the road was getting rough, and the hills were hard to climb.
He closed your weary eyelids and whispered Peace, be thine.
It broke our hearts to lose you, but you didn't go alone.
Part of us went with you the day God called you home.
Phyllis was a friend from high school. Although we usually only saw each other at reunions, we kept in touch. Ironically, we even were pulled together again as we were both selling Tupperware. Email and cell phones were a wonderful invention for long distance friendships. I will forever have fond memories and will miss her. She was a special person with a kind heart.
We are so sorry for your loss. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. May God give you strength and comfort in the days ahead.
Sincerely, with deepest sympathy,
Gary and Sandra Farmer

Phyllis will be missed. She was a wonderful lady. When I came to work for the state she was so helpful on tour as well as answering questions, she always had time to help me. Lifting up the family in prayer,
I had the privilege of worshiping and serving with Phyllis at Fellowship Saturday Night in the Hospitality Ministry and, as you know, she was a perfect fit there. She always had that great smile for everyone and such a sweet spirit. She loved the Lord, her family and people. She will be missed.

"We are each of us angels with only one wing, and we can only fly by embracing one another." Luciano de Crescenzo. I believe Phyllis' wing span was wide, and much stronger than mine. She embraced me without hesitation, and I'm flying again. We are all indebted to Phyllis' family for sharing her with each one of us. She helped us all to grow, and strive to become a mature bloom in the garden over which she soars today with both wings.
