Billy Richard Wagoner 56 of Paris, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2013 in Paris, Arkansas. He was born December 7, 1956 to Billy Paul Wagoner and Lou Anderson Hutchins in Charleston, Arkansas. Billy worked for various companies around the Paris area doing various jobs.

Billy is preceded in death by his father Billy Paul Wagoner.

Billy is survived by his mother and stepfather Lou and Frank Furstenberg of Paris, Arkansas, two sons Billy Frank Wagoner of Fort Smith, Arkansas and David Harris of Paris, Arkansas, one daughter Angela Wagoner of Charleston, Arkansas, five sisters Pam Jones, Louis Sullivan and Phyllis Wagoner all of Paris, Arkansas, Jackie Lou Larsons and Alma Brown both of Magazine, Arkansas and several grandchildren.

The body will be cremated under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.

The family will hold a private service for Billy at a later date.
