Helen Veta Huston, age 90, of Harrison, died February 18, 2013, at the Hospice House here in Harrison. Mrs. Huston was born on December 19, 1922, at Lowery, Arkansas, the daughter of Joseph and Ethel (Kilgore) Coker.

Services were Friday, February 22, 2013, at the Burlington Baptist Church with Rev. Howard Braymer speaking.

Burial was in Burlington Cemetery following services.

Pallbearers were Don Young, Roy Huston, Randy Huston, Jim Norton, Aaron Clubb, and Bobby Norton. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Charles Klepper and Andy Lott.

Mrs. Huston was married to Claude Huston on July 11, 1940. They were members of the Burlington Baptist Church. Mrs. Huston was a seamstress at Levi by occupation and loved quilting for a hobby. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 2 sisters, 4 brothers and a daughter Carolyn Nix. She is survived by four sons, Jerry Huston, Dwayne Huston, Bob Huston and Gary Huston; one daughter Judy Cowles; three sisters Ruth Gilmore, Goldie Williams and Wanda Taylor; two brothers Howard and Larry Coker; 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Hospice House, 501 E. Sherman, Harrison, AR.
