James ''Jim'' Jackson Case, 72 of Paris, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at his home. He was born on June 30, 1940 to his parents, Charles Edward and Icey May (Morrow) Case. He was a member of Crestview Baptist Church in Midway.
Jim is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Icey May Case; two sisters, Linda Whitehead and Arlie Freeman and one brother Harley Case.
Jim is survived by his sister Claudia Ann Case of Paris, three brothers, Edward Franklin Case of Resida, California, Tommy Neil Case of Paris and Ralph Freeman of Paris and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, February 15, 2013 at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Paris under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
Pallbearers will be Larry Turner, Trever Talley, Clinton Canada, Jake Canada, Garry Turner and Curtis Turner.
Honorary pallbearers will be Ralph Freeman and Carol Sartin.

Uncle Jim O Boy you have your wings now. I remember all those times we walked down in the valley to the Ford the laughs we shared you was the best uncle in the world I love you so much. Jim o boy there is no other like you. All my friends loved you everyone that met you did matter of fact. You never met a stranger. You are going to be so missed Jim I promise you that momma loved you dearly. As we all did. I thought about you all the time and missed you so much Uncle Jim. As I do a this moment. When I see dust flying I will smile when I see a fly swatter I will smile when I see overalls I shall smile. Cause I will be thinking about the greatest Uncle James Jackson Case .. I Love You.. Jim was a good hearted man and loved to laugh. I have many fond memories of him throughout my life. Rest sweet Jim Ol Boy....you earned those wings. Prayers for the family and friends of Jim.
