Jack Oldham, 63 of Paris, Arkansas passed away on Monday, July 23, 2012 in Paris. He was born on April 28, 1949 in Ann Arbor, Michigan to his parents Jack and Kathryn Oldham. He worked as the manager of the Lodge on Mount Magazine for over 5 years, loved animals and was an avid sportsmen.

Jack is preceded in death by his father Jack Oldham and one brother Robert Oldham. Jack is survived by his mother Kathryn Oldham of Dallas, Texas, two sisters Gail Monk of Summerville, South Carolina and Andrea Byloff of Dallas, Texas and his long time companion Velva French of Little Rock, Arkansas.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, July 27, 2012 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris with burial in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Cabot, Arkansas under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.

You taught me so much Jack. I’ll never forget you. I can’t believe you and Velva hooked up. That makes me smile and laugh. I could never see y’all together back then in the 80’s. ?? I got back with my husband until he passed away the same year you did. RIP and I will see you again someday.

I worked with Jack for several years and he was a great man. He will be missed by all. His sense of humor made us all laugh every day. Praying for his family and best wishes during this trying time.
