Benard Ray Kirby, 73, of Benton, Arkansas went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 23, 2012. He was born April 16, 1938 in Rosalee, Alabama to the late Tate Kirby and Corrine Dehart Kirby. He was an employee of Sears in their Repair Department.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by wife, Marlene Milam Kirby; sons, Greg Kirby of Little Rock; Steve Milam of Maumelle; Rodney Milam of Mt. Ida; Russ Milam of Bryant; daughters, Trecia Menke of Harrison; Laura Stanley of Frisco, Texas; Tammy Riley of Norfork, Arkansas; Mariann Cummings of Annapolis, Maryland; Pam Fagan of Little Rock; 19 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; brother, Eddie Wayne Kirby of Cabot; sisters, Faye Carlisle of Hickory Plains; Joan Nichols of Beebe and Lorraine Ivey of Rogers.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 26, 2012 at Roller-Drummond Funeral Home, 10900 Interstate 30, Little Rock, Arkansas 72209 (501) 455-5800. Interment to follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.

Family will receive friends 4:00-6:00 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home.

I am sorry for your loss of your loved one. The Kirby Family were great friends of my mother and father (Kyle and Doris Farris ) and of my brother and I. We spent Easter with your family in 1960 and I remember all of you with fondness.
