Stephen Bruce Younger, 61, entered into rest on August 6, 2011 in Mountain View.

Stephen was born November 3, 1949 in Batesville, Arkansas to Joe and Dorothy (Greenway) Younger.

He worked as a boilermaker and welder and was a member of the American Legion. He was a U.S. Navy veteran.

He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Gayler; children Callie Reynolds, Mindi Haynes and husband Shad and Shane Younger; sister Lisa Murphy; grandchildren Jonica Reynolds and Alex Reynolds, and Cole Younger; sister-in-law Sue Younger; nieces and nephews Erika Thomas, Gregory Kent Thomas, Joseph Younger and Jason Younger and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Eileen Vanek Younger; father, Joe Younger; and brother, Bobby Joe Younger.

No visitation.

Funeral service is 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at Roller Coffman Chapel, Mtn. View and interment in Mt. Joy Cemetery, Mountain View.

Pallbearers are John Milligan, Allen Oden, Ricky Canard, Michael Clark, Wayne Davis and Tommy Welch. Honorary pallbearers are Billy Don Burns and Charles Greenway.
